Lumen Beltran

Founder

Lumen Beltran is storyteller at heart, with decade of digital marketing savvy and a unique perspective gained from both sides of the camera. (That’s right—she's an actor and film producer, too!) Lumen's work has taken her from red carpets at international film festivals to set locations producing narrative content.

This passion for meaningful media extends beyond the day-to-day. Lumen has served on the Film Evaluation Committee for the Gender Equity in Media Society of Vancouver and has been featured as a guest speaker for the FRAMES Film Program, mentoring youth navigating significant life challenges.

Whether it's on-screen or behind-the-scenes, Lumen is dedicated to using media to highlight diverse voices and connect with people everywhere.

Administrative Assistant

Alex James is the organizational powerhouse who keeps the gears turning smoothly at Enlighten Media. With three years of experience in administrative coordination, she expertly manages scheduling, project flow, and the myriad of details that make a team successful.
